Shipping policy
Here are the details about how we prepare, deliver, and manage your order.
This Shipping Policy explains how Really Good Food Group handles delivery and collection for orders placed through www.reallygoodfoodgroup.com, by phone, by email, or through other approved order channels.
We currently deliver within Phuket. For large, wholesale, event, villa, yacht, hotel, restaurant, or custom orders outside our usual delivery area, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether delivery is possible.
Our standard business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding Thai public holidays and announced closures.
Delivery schedules may vary depending on production, stock availability, order volume, route planning, weather, traffic, and public holidays. We will contact you if we expect a significant delay.
Next-day delivery in Phuket may be available when an order is placed before 12:00 noon and stock, production, and driver availability allow.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon may still be possible for next-day delivery, but please contact us first to confirm. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed unless confirmed by our team.
Retail orders are currently delivered free within the Phuket area. Delivery fees, minimum order values, and special delivery charges may change from time to time and will be confirmed at checkout or by our team.
For B2B, wholesale, event, villa, yacht, catering, or custom production orders, delivery fees and minimum quantities may be agreed separately.
5. CHILLED AND FROZEN PRODUCTS.
Many of our products are chilled, frozen, raw, cooked, or ready-to-heat food items. We take care to pack and transport products appropriately, but customers must be available to receive and store the order promptly.
Once delivered or collected, products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately according to the product label and storage instructions.
6. CUSTOMER DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Customers must provide a full delivery address, correct phone number, contact person, building, villa, hotel, restaurant or gate access details, preferred delivery time where relevant, and any special delivery instructions.
We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or unsafe delivery caused by incorrect details, unanswered phone calls, inaccessible locations, unavailable recipients, or delayed refrigeration after handover.
We will do our best to meet requested delivery times, but exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, route changes, high order volume, customer delays, production timing, or events outside our control.
If timing is critical, please contact us before ordering.
Customers may be able to collect orders from Really Good Deli at 88/7 Moo 10, Chalong, Phuket 83130, Thailand during business hours, subject to confirmation.
Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect so we can ensure your order is ready.
9. LARGE, CUSTOM, AND B2B ORDERS.
Bulk, B2B, wholesale, event, villa, yacht, and custom production orders may require additional lead time. For best results, please share your requirements, delivery date, quantities, and any special handling instructions as early as possible.
Custom production, special sizes, recipe development, or fresh-batch requests are subject to production availability, minimum order quantities, and separate confirmation.
10. MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES.
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. If anything is missing, damaged, incorrect, thawed, or not as expected, contact us as soon as possible on the same day with your order details and clear photos where relevant.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, credit, refund, or other reasonable solution in line with our Refund Policy.
11. INTERNATIONAL AND NON-PHUKET DELIVERY.
We do not currently offer standard international shipping. Delivery outside Phuket is not part of our standard online delivery service unless specifically agreed in advance.
